Christmas was a lot of fun, and even though I'm exhausted by the driving and the running around, I'm feeling better than I have in weeks.

This year turned out to be the year of the kitchen as far as the presents I received, and I'm still trying to find room for all my new kitchen toys. I also need to find the time to actually play with them! :)

My mom and dad loved their iPods and the tunes I loaded up for them. (Southern rock and classic rock for Dad and 60s pop and country for Mom.) That was my biggest gamble in giving presents this year, and I was so relieved that they enjoyed them.

Now it's time to relax a bit and get ready for my favorite month January and a ton of family anniversaries and birthdays.

Yay, i'm so glad to hear you are feeling better! :) And what a good idea to get your parents iPods and preload them - my brother got a digital frame for my parents and preloaded it with pictures, and I thought that was SUCH a nice touch. (we gave one to E's parents and of course didn't think of that lol!)

We almost got digital frames for my parents and for my in-laws, but then we decided on other things instead. Digital frames must be popular this year. :)

Receiving Kitchen toys is great! I need me some new ones...
