What's your middle name? Is there a story or history behind it?
I love this QotD! I'm having so much fun hearing all these name stories. My middle name doesn't really have a story behind it. My parents picked Suzanne because they liked the way it sounded with Brandy, and my mom really liked the name Brandy after the song "Brandy, You're A Fine Girl" came out in 1972. The other name that was in the running as my middle name was Michelle. Once they decided on Suzanne, their top name picks for a girl were Brandy Suzanne and Lindsey Grace, and when I was born, they both felt Brandy was the right choice. If I'd been a boy, I would have been Joshua Ryan to have the same initials as my dad, and that's the name they gave to my younger brother.
